Zero-Trust Security Architecture has become one of the more actively explored innovations in the design of modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, promising gains in efficiency and reliability that legacy, largely manual approaches have struggled to deliver.
In practice, however, adoption of zero-trust security architecture within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems has been uneven, and its actual impact on real-time monitoring capability is not yet well understood in a rigorous, evaluable way — a gap this study is positioned to address.
1.2 Statement of the Problem
Existing approaches to real-time monitoring capability within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems remain largely reactive and fragmented, with little systematic use of zero-trust security architecture despite its demonstrated value elsewhere. This study addresses the resulting gap by designing and evaluating a solution built specifically around zero-trust security architecture.
